What is your return policy? TOP

All returns must be made within 30 days from the time we ship your products from our office.  If you would like to make a return, please email us to receive a return authorization.  All returns must be in unwashed, unworn, new condition.

Upon making your return, you can choose which method of refund you would prefer.  If you choose a paypal, personal check, money order, or credit card refund, there will be a 10% restocking fee incurred.  If you choose store credit, Cloth Diapers 'n More will waive your restocking fee.  The restocking fee is also waived if the merchandise is being returned due to damage, however manufacturer's warrantee procedures must be followed for all damaged merchandise.

We can not issue a refund for shipping costs. If you received free shipping, the amount Cloth Diapers 'n More spent to ship your product will be deducted from your refund.

Washed products, worn products, and any product not in new condition can be exchanged for store credit through our Credit for Cloth program if the program is currently accepting new exchanges.

How are products shipped? TOP

Shipping methods are chosen at the discretion of Cloth Diapers 'n More.  Generally, shipping methods are as follows:

Continental United States

-First Class Mail for orders under 13 ounces

-Priority Mail

-DHL

Alaska & Hawaii

-First class mail for all orders under 13 ounces

-Priority mail

International

-All orders will be billed based on the USPS website's estimated shipping and insurance charges for your package's weight.  The package will go out Airmail using the United States Postal Service.  Cloth Diapers 'n More is not responsible for any duties and customs fees incurred from your purchase.  We're sorry, but we can not mark "gift" on the custom's form.  International orders are accepted at the discretion of Cloth Diapers 'n More.  We're sorry--we do not ship to Nigeria.

Please note: Expedited shipping is available for all shipping destinations.  Please email us to inquire about expedited shipping and fees. 

Please note:  We strongly recommend that you purchase postal insurance on your order.  If insurance is not purchased, Cloth Diapers 'n More can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.  Postal insurance is between $1 and $5 depending on your purchase amount and guarantees that your order will be replaced if lost or damaged during shipment!

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We accept several methods of payment for your order:

-Paypal

-Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).  We require the CVV code to be entered and verified.

-Money Order--your order will ship upon our receipt of your money order.

-Personal Check--we only accept personal checks from United States addresses.  Your order will ship after your check has cleared.

All payments must be made in United States currency.

Do you do price matching? TOP

At Cloth Diapers 'n More, we strive to have some of the lowest prices around. However, from time to time, it may happen that you find a lower price somewhere else. If so, we offer a price matching policy just for you!

Simply note in the comments at checkout where you found the lower price, and we will adjust your order once we confirm the lower price. It's as simple as that!

Fine Print:

-Item must be in-stock in a US-based store
-Price must be available to the general public and verifiable by Cloth Diapers 'n More on the day of purchase
-Shipping fees may be considered
-If the price you wish us to match is in violation of any Manufacturer agreements, we will be unable to do a true price match.

Do you have a layaway program? TOP

Our Layaway Policy:

We offer a 90-day layaway.
A minimum layaway order of $50.00 is required.
Down payment of 25% is required.
No items are shipped until the layaway order is paid in full.
Upon receipt of your layaway order, we will contact you with payment terms. You may pay either every week, every two weeks or every month, depending on your preference.

If you wish to cancel your layaway order for any reason or if we must cancel your order due to non-payment (two or more weeks in arrears), we will issue you a store credit for the amount you have paid minus a $5.00 cancellation fee.

If you wish to put items on layaway, add your items to your cart as usual. At checkout, enter coupon code 203123108 to reduce your total to the required 25% down payment. We will contact you shortly after receiving your layaway order with your payment terms.
