What is your return policy? TOP
All returns must be made within 30 days from the time we ship your products from our office. If you would like to make a return, please email us to receive a return authorization. All returns must be in unwashed, unworn, new condition.
Upon making your return, you can choose which method of refund you would prefer. If you choose a PayPal, personal check, money order, or credit card refund, there will be a 10% restocking fee incurred. If you choose store credit, Cloth Diapers 'n More will waive your restocking fee. The restocking fee is also waived if the merchandise is being returned due to damage, however manufacturer's warranty procedures must be followed for all damaged merchandise. All cancelled orders incur a 5% fee.
We can not issue a refund for shipping costs. If you received free or reduced shipping cost, the amount Cloth Diapers 'n More spent to ship your product will be deducted from your refund.
No price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items, or if the price decreases after your order.
Only one Discount Coupon may be used per order
Any warranty concerns will need to be taken up directly with the manufacturers.
Packages will be shipped as soon as possible, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to ship.

Cloth Diapers 'n More will ship internationally but requires the buyer to pay all shipping, insurance and tracking charges. Please contact us prior to purchase to have the shipping priced for you. NOTE: Cloth Diapers 'n More only accepts personal checks, Western Union or money orders for international orders. We do not accept Paypal or Credit Cards. All orders placed with Paypal or Credit Card will be refunded immediately and the order cancelled.

Shipping methods are chosen at the discretion of Cloth Diapers 'n More. Generally, shipping methods are as follows:
Continental United States
-First Class Mail for orders under 13 ounces
-USPS
Alaska & Hawaii
-First class mail for all orders under 13 ounces
-USPS
International
-All orders will be billed based on the FEDEX website's estimated shipping and insurance charges for your package's weight. Cloth Diapers 'n More is not responsible for any duties and customs fees incurred from your purchase. We're sorry, but we can not mark "gift" on the custom's form. International orders are accepted at the discretion of Cloth Diapers 'n More. International orders are limited to 48 diapers per order. ALL payments for international order must be made by personal check or money order, No Paypal or Credit Cards.
Please note: Expedited shipping is available for all shipping destinations. Please email us to inquire about expedited shipping and fees.
Please note: We strongly recommend that you purchase postal insurance on your order. If insurance is not purchased, Cloth Diapers 'n More can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise. Postal insurance is between $1 and $5 depending on your purchase amount and guarantees that your order will be replaced if lost or damaged during shipment!
What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept several methods of payment for your order:

-Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We require the CVV code to be entered and verified.
-Money Order--your order will ship upon our receipt of your money order.
-Personal Check--Your order will ship after your check has cleared.

Do you do price matching? TOP
At Cloth Diapers 'n More, we strive to have some of the lowest prices around. However, from time to time, it may happen that you find a lower price somewhere else. If so, we offer a price matching policy just for you!
Simply note in the comments at checkout where you found the lower price, and we will adjust your order once we confirm the lower price. It's as simple as that!
